A few years back I had high blood pressure and blood-work that made my doctor sent a certified letter to my house for an emergency follow up. I started acupuncture and switched to red palm oil, krill oil supplements and good food as recommended by the acupuncturist. Blood-work was better than normal less than six weeks later. The doc didn't really believe it.

Although arguably not so paleo, my staples are bulk bacon, bulk cheese and fish fried in bacon grease.
My last blood-work: BP 117/70; Trig 73; HDL 61; LDL 126I'm in better shape than I've ever been and wear pants that would have been tight on me at 16.
