I'm aiming to get leaner, healthier, and overcome sugar cravings. Paleo has changed my perspective towards food, exercise, and health in general; it just makes sense. My main mantra is to eat natural foods, not chemical-laden processed foods. The biggest changes I've made since going Paleo include consuming bone broth, eating more fats and meat, and doing HIIT style workouts. I consider myself primal paleo since I eat fermented dairy, soy sauce, white rice, etc. My biggest struggle is with sugar cravings and binges (sometimes on non-paleo stuff). Being paleo has helped me think twice about it, and I believe I'm making progress.
