Hi! I'm new to this paleo lifestyle. After trying for years to eat "healthy" only to be plagued by chronic stomach pain and other health issues, it finally dawned on me that the vegetarian diet isn't for me. I slowly re-introduced meat into my diet and much of my illness abated, but once I dropped grains/legumes for good from my already soy/gluten/dairy-free diet, my health has improved exponentially.
I'm excited about life again! Yay! :D
