Hello! I'm excited to learn and implement Paleo into our lifestyle. I have tried many different eating plans, however, I seem to get tired of them one way or another. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I would be happy to shed a good 10 lbs. I'm gluten free and caffeine free already so excited to eliminate sugar too. We typically eat pretty well, not a lot of processed or fast food, but our challenge is adding variety into our means without spending a great deal of time in the kitchen. I'm also concerned about portions as in the past I find I lose very little unless I keep very close tabs on my protein intake, so going to a higher protein diet is definitely concerning but I'm willing to play around with it. I look forward to having fellow Paleo practitioners to learn from during our journey.
