I started a no carb diet to help control my type 2 diabetes. I also started eating mostly vegetables, especially salads. Then I learned of this paleo diet and I've been doing it for a short time. I like it because I don't have to count anything, I just eat anything that is on this diet. I've been eating a lot of meat with my salads which has helped me lose weight. I'll keep doing this as long as it works. I intend to lose a lot more weight so I can get lean and feel better. I already lost 40 pounds and want to lose 60 more.
