I'm new to the Paleo lifestyle. I am excited to see how I will feel. I have
yo-yoed and felt great and terrible trying to figure out how I really should eat. Everyone has compelling arguments for their eating styles although intuitively this feels right. Breaking the sugar habit will be interesting. Any advice for a Paleo-baby?
