I'm the co-owner of The Body You Want - a fitness and weight loss company in Washington, DC. Got into this because I grew up as a fat kid and didn't like it very much. Spent many years trying to "eat less and exercise more", and obviously that strategy doesn't work for any sustained period of time. Figuring out how to get my body to "cooperate" (get and stay lean) has been one of the best and most liberating things I've done in my life. The Body You Want is how I am sharing that with others.
