My journey to Paleo has been long and sometimes tortuous; I was a vegetarian/vegan/dairy free for 12 years, turning to meat-eating 10 years ago, then onto cutting out gluten, then to following WAPF guidelines by adding raw dairy, using all the parts of the animal in stock and organ eating and lacto-fermenting some foods. Finally, I arrived at paleo 4 years ago and have been flirting with it ever since. Now I am full time paleo and am incorporating many more 'lifestyle' changes into my daily routine such as barefoot walking, and f.lux at night p.s.
