I'm a physical therapist with a long time interest in evolutionary biology, Africa and human health. While studying the literature on hunter-gatherers and their physical lifes (for understanding physical fitness and musculoskeletal health), it came to me that of course diet and other lifestyle changes are also important.
After finding the Evolutionary Fitness essay from Art De Vany, some things started working in my central nervous system. After some gradual changes towards a paleo diet, I went all the way in 2008, and never looked back.
