I love me some paleo eats, specially avocado n bacon in various combos. I feel alive and connected to humanity since going paleo...big big change from social phobia and agoraphobic tendancies (gluten is so deeply EVIL). I am loving the positive changes this lifestyle has meant on the homestead...both my children are thriving, rosy cheeks and clear heads. Absolutely beautiful. I like yoga and am looking forward to yoga kids teacher training in the fall. I am an acupuncturist. My hubby and I have just opened a clinic here in Edmonton Alberta Canada.
