I primarily eat (lower carb - about 100g/day) Paleo with some grass fed dairy (butter and cheese). I follow a Primal Blueprint fitness program most of the time. I'm lucky to live in a community with tons of local/organic vegetables, and local grass fed meat and pastured eggs.
