I've been doing CrossFit for a year and have recently lost 40 pounds eating a primarily CW diet but keeping track of my calorie intake and output. Although I was a vegetarian for 17 years (more than half my life!), I have been doing Paleo for the last few months. I haven't noticed too many changes, except that I'm probably hungry a little less often.
