I live in Tacoma, WA with my husband and our three cat-children. We're just starting to get into the Paleo/The Perfect Health Diet way of eating. We're still in the process of trying to make changes to our diet by incorporating more meals in keeping with the tenets of these lifestyles. We're also trying to work in some strength training exercises a few times a week. I finally decided to forget trying to do cardio and focus on strength. The first time I completed a workout, I felt so good - I actually look forward to working out now. We both have weight to lose. I have a lot more to lose than he does, but we're working on it together.
