Middle-aged fatty skinny-fatty now getting less fatty on paleo. ~200lbs --> 158lbs, tight 36" waist --> 30" in six months. Kudos, me! New gravatar reflects major changes in facial shape.

Actually it's gotten a lot better since I saw her (my dermo) about a month ago; I've been on the road and eating more carbs than before, and I think I am going to cancel the biopsy.

You're fortunate. All of my travel is by air which really limits what I can bring. So I basically eat as best I can in restaurants.
