I've been low-carb/paleoish since March 2007 (220 pounds), and extremely-low- to zero-carb since September 2009. My health has improved progressively, in direct inverse correlation with the amount of carbohydrate I eat. These days I weigh around 150ish or lower, and I'm free of joint pain, asthma, and anti-depressants.
