Married mom of two, went Paleo in summer of 2010. I was never overweight but I've always been chubby, and thought paleo would make me thin. So when it didn't, I got discouraged and completely fell off a wagon in late 2012, going back to counting calories and constant cardio... only to realize how much better I'd felt living paleo. So here I am again, as of January 2013, mostly paleo (I refuse to divorce white rice & potatoes). I'm one of those crazy creative artistic people, so stress and bad sleeping habits are my two worst enemies.
