Jumped into paleo Feb. 2011. My goals are mainly fat loss/body composition improvement and weight training. I've been fat and then skinny a lot in my life, even working in the bodybuilding industry years ago and learning to train with muscle heads. Before paleo I had about 10 tums a day to quell my heartburn. I have a beautiful family with a loving, stay-at-home husband and 2 little girls. I think the paleo community is very open and gracious as a whole and I'm thankful for a site like this to hear everybody's viewpoint. Oh...and grass fed butter makes me happy. :)
