Became acquainted with deVany from old mailing list probably in 1999. Maybe as late as 2001. Began taking his recommended glutathione(from HMP) in Feb 2003. Started IF'ing in Aug 2005. Finally started eating Paleo in May 2008. Working out BBS-style with some mods began in April 2009.
