I eat primally, pretty strictly. I have been for 6 months (+/-). I have lost 100 pounds from my all-time high, about 60 of which come from eating primally. I still have a ways to go. I workout sometimes, but mostly don't. I like CrossFit, but there are no gyms close to me, and it's expensive. Did it for a while by myself, but don't like all the work that goes in to training oneself. Mostly now, when I workout, it's a mix of walking / jogging.
