Sweet Potato Vermicelli Asian stores - Korean specifically, if you are in a large enough metro area to have one. |

Launching a Paleo Restaurant - why not? PD, I would even wonder if the failure rate is actually quite higher if you don't figure in chain fast food restaurants into the overall number. My advice to the OP is make sure you're VERY, VERY SOLID on the business end of the restaurant business. Controlling costs is probably one of the biggest challenges people have running restaurants. Owners tend to mask it by simply more/harder - which only works in the short term. |

guilt trips people who eat SAD lay on you Ha. I have to wonder with all the "paleo drama" people seem to experience if they aren't somehow just creating it. I eat paleo and I haven't had a single person say anything about it. But, then again, I really spend a lot of time talking about it nor make any kind of grand pronouncement out at a dinner or friend's house. |

high rep squats and GH Absolutely you can. As a matter of fact, I would say then routine you posted would do that very well. To be clear, what I posted was only specifically about increased hormone response. |

What is your opinion of vegans/vegetarians? Yes, this (although never tried to be a vegetarian). I do try to draw from vegetarianism, especially the raw food crowd, to ascertain if some of their arguments have merit (like the Linus Pauling assertions of mega-doses of vitamins and minerals). And, let's face it: If we're committed to eating better food, vegetarians often have a leg up on the culinary aspects of making vegetables more palatable. |

1 pound Chicken liver, 1 pound bacon. GO: Indeed! Do this: Wrap a waterchestnut and chicken liver with a slice (or half-slice) of bacon, hold with a toothpick. Put in the oven at 425 deg for 15 min (or until the bacon is sufficiently done) and enjoy. |
