I was a vegetarian for over 15 years, and only recently went Paleo at the suggestion of my mother-in-law. I'd been suffering for 6 years with "IBS"-like symptoms that were not responding to traditional hit-or-miss treatments. I'm feeling better these days, and still trying to learn how to cook meat! My husband is a 80-20 paleo eater and Cross Fit fanatic. I sprint, HIIT, lift weights and do lots of walking (my dog appreciates it!). I'm not looking to lose weight. I'm just wanting to be leaner, stronger, and feel good again!
