I am a common-law Mommy with 2 young boys. They have so much more energy than me, so I decided to try to lose the weight (finally) and hopefully a bunch of all over inflammation with it! I had back surgery when my now 3 year old was 3 months, and have struggled with pain ever since. I am hoping that by adopting the Paleo lifestyle (which I love, never stuck to a "diet" for this long before!) I can be a better Mother and wife.
