Mama, photographer, former postpartum doula, placenta geek. I'm working on overcoming PCOS, and was 99% paleo for 8 months until I got knocked up (on purpose), and then went down the SAD rabbit hole for a few years because pregnancy and nursing seemed to temporarily erase my food sensitivities (a blessing and a curse). I'm getting back on track and feeling a little better every day. I know none of you can actually see me, but I feel like checking in here is keeping me accountable if only because I would feel like a big fat liar if I wasn't following my own advice.
