I am not paleo-perfect, but I try and stick as close as possible to the primal principles as possible (more Mark Sisson's than Loren Cordain's ideas). It do it to avoid disease, manage my weight and feel great. I have been low-carb/no-sugar for about 8 months, and paleo for about 2-3 months. I love the thinking and science behind it all too, so am interested in hearing from others on forums like PaleoHacks.
