after not eating red meat for 20 yrs and a semi-serious case of anemia, digestive and skin problems, sprinkled with a few migraines a year, I am truly enjoying my freedom from grains and sugar while embracing bacon and dabbling with lamb and goat. just not a fan of beef much tho'. also mom to severely peanut allergic son, and intolerant to gluten, dairy and most grains myself.
