Canned Smoked Oysters Online? That brand had a recall for a novovirus but is suppose to return next month. Small North American brands, such as Oregon's Choice, are probably cleaner but much more expensive if purchased online. Both Trader Joes and Whole Foods in my area carry Crown Prince when available. Crown Prince seems to be the best of the inexpensive brands, but I'm not thrilled with Oysters apparently grown in China's runoff. It's good to support companies working in cleaner fisheries if finances allow that choice. Especially with filter feeders like Oysters. |
