I am paleo since October 2010. Converted 10 years vegetarian since december 2010. Former workout junkie- spinning, weights, running, cycling for hours on end. Now I go with the flow and maybe workout 3 days a week- crossfit style, olympic lifting and tabatta training! Paleo is the "beach body ready anytime" lifestyle.
My husband and I do this together and we love everything about it. I feel great within and can't believe the life changing effects Paleo has had!!
