Started eating differently in March of 2011. Tried paleo by every single one of it's fancier names (Kurt Harris, PHD, Low Carb, Kruse, whole food diet, Weston Price etc) and embarked down a year-long obsessive rabbit hole of new baffling health problems. Then I tried Ray Peat as almost a joke, and it worked for me the way paleo seems to work for a lot of other people. I don't worry about food anymore.
