I am 21 years old and began Paleo July '11. I have been messing around with my diet for about two years to complement my work outs. I sort of settled on a Paleo type diet on my own through research and doing different food elimination trials. I only recently realized there is a name for it and there is a large Paleo community. I am happy to have found Paleo Hacks and am excited to continue learning about this lifestyle.
