I'm a health geek absolutely in love with the cycle of life, and the concept of paleo. I eat low carb and that usually means I also eat paleo-style. I want to start exercising for fitness paleo-style, but I have fibromyalgia so I have a really hard time with weights. I'm trying to steadily build muscle strength. I'm also trying to get rid of fibromyalgia one symptom at a time, and as I do, the pain (it is a chronic pain disorder and a collection of symptoms) seems to ease. Hopefully one day it will go away and I can tell my story...
