61 year old grandma of two and mother of 4. I have been interested in diet and health since the 70's when I first read Adele Davis. I have been eating a Paleoesque diet since March of 11. I have hypothyroidism and have found that I do better with some carbs so have added them in line with the Perfect Health diet. I was hoping to fix some health problems but so far haven't realized any significant changes. Still hoping!
