I would add redlight or incandescent lights. When you get UV from the sun to get vitamin D, the red light component of the sun protects you from the damaging aspect of UV to some degree.The color temperature of 7500K suggests it has less red than... (more)

My favorite biking trails have a UV index of 9, though I just read an article saying UVA rays are highest during low ratings under 3. Is it safe to go out between 10-1 without sunscreen?
