Your LDL looks high to me; I'm not an expert. Check out www.trackyourplaque.com ; almost the same as a paleo diet with lots of discussion on optimal lipid panel.

Just wanted to put this up here to those who asked. My cardio CRP (which from what I can tell is the same thing as hsCRP) is 0.93 on the VAP test in the OP. Is this a pretty good drop from the 1.2 in August? does this change the leaky gut rx? (more)

High HDL, low TGs. (which is good) APOB is high but will lower over time with this diet, as will LP(a) VLDL is within range as well. Don't they put a mark on the scale of pattern A or B so you can see how close you are to one or the other? And... (more)
