Is there a difference between 20grams of protein from spinach and 20grams of protein from eggs? Spinach seems to be a complete protein..

I would say no because you've specified the source as LC veggies. From nuts, yes, because you can get an appreciable amount of protein from some nuts. Seed sources like Tahini are quite high in protein but also astronomical in O6, so I'm doubting... (more)
