So, I have read a few posts about people experiencing bad breathe and perspiration after they enter ketosis. Has anyone experienced the opposite? I have noticed in the last week or so, since I went back to a keto diet that my BO has gone away. (more)

FWIW, I think you may be eating too few calories. Perhaps you need to replace the carbs with fat.

According to Dr Kruse, it can take up to 2 years to be FULLY keto-adapted. While adaptation starts within a few days/weeks, to be fully adapted, it will take much longer.

I am 18 years old and Paleo I eat 150g of protein a day 150 pound body weight and do 50g or less carb with the rest of my calories from fat. Is there long term risk to this? I don't want weight loss but rather increased muscle strength.

Upon switching to Paleo eating I felt the same as you describe and I had to up my protein and fat intake this helped with that constant tired feeling and gave me energy for my Crossfit workouts.
