A strict sugar free phase can stop or clear a hpv outbreak. I don't know if that includes natural sugars like fruit or not but definitely no sugar or sweet stuff for the hpv to live off.

If you ever have the stomach bug. Rule #1 - Do not eat anything. Rule #2 - carry promethazine, or another anti nausea med in your med kit.
