You say you bloat "no matter what you eat." Yet I see a combination of carbs, protein & fat in each meal. Only carbohydrate "digestion" or better phrased as "mis-digestion" perhaps due to SIBO will cause the bloat/gas/distension. You can... (more)

Unless you have some sort of allergic reaction to the vaccines themselves I would advise getting them. I believe this is where we draw the line between "natural" and "chemical". You have to realize that a lot of the people that try to discredit... (more)

Does anyone know if it's possible to catch a virus that effects your internal system? I've currently switched to grass fed beef, after I got an ultrasound that showed I might have some type of internal virus. I used to eat a lot of lean turkey... (more)

When I have been sick in the past I usually don't feel like eating. I would say that you should let your stomach be your guide. Don't eat if you feel that you can't handle it and eat only what seems appealing. Broths are good, though, as are as... (more)

The only think you can do is strengthen your immune system: D3, Mg, C, Q10 Ubiquinol, PQQ, and maybe some NAC every now and then. In addition to the hard core Paleo protocol (e.g. offal, bone broth, fermented foods, goat kefir if you do dairy, sea... (more)

Paleo isn't inherently high meat/fat and low carb. There is nothing un-paleo about eating more carbs, assuming you eat quality carbs. 10% is pretty low carb, why not have more?
