Why would you discontinue either of those supplements? I don't know anything about your B complex, so I can't speak to whether it would or would not affect your histamine levels. Why do you think it might? As for proboitics, from everything... (more)

Lately I've been losing lots of hair. I believe it is just seasonal but my doc says it is because I'm vitamin b deficient as I'm not eating grains. Arrgh, I hate him. Can it be real?
