Yes, it depends on your body's need for Vitamin D... Although we do store some fat soluable vitamins in out fat stores, we can only get to them if we're releasing the fat, such as in the winter.

That's such a minuscule amount of vegetable oils, you're fine. I like thorne's products -- http://thorne.com/Products/Circulatory-Support/Cardiovascular_Health/prd~D168.jsp They're good about avoiding magnesium stearate. (more)

If anything Accutane appears to ramp up active vitamin D (1,25-dihydroxy) production. I don't think you can draw any conclusions about whether vitamin D treatment will clear Accutane faster than normal.

@CD - Note that the darker your skin is, the more sun you need for vitamin D production, due to melanin antagonizing the process. The sun is a harsh mistress to black appartment-dwellers. :(
