That's such a minuscule amount of vegetable oils, you're fine. I like thorne's products -- http://thorne.com/Products/Circulatory-Support/Cardiovascular_Health/prd~D168.jsp They're good about avoiding magnesium stearate. (more)

@CD - Note that the darker your skin is, the more sun you need for vitamin D production, due to melanin antagonizing the process. The sun is a harsh mistress to black appartment-dwellers. :(

It will freeze a little, but that is not a problem, in fact it is often used as a way to extend shelf life and reduce the fishy flavor. So don't worry about it.
