Sorry you are in so much pain! Are you supplementing Magnesium? Getting enough A and K in your diet? All three are cofactors for D3. I have a client who gets migraines with oral D3 by itself. No problem when Magnesium is taken at the same... (more)

I'm 49. I've never needed corrective lenses. I've been paleo for 3.5 years. Before paleo I was experiencing eyestrain and blurred vision and was ready to go to an ophthalmologist when I changed my diet and started taking D3. My eyesight got a lot... (more)

Lol, you are consuming 2-3 Tablespoons (my cod liver oil has 4300iu/teaspoon), and half a pound of grassfed liver per day. You should DEFINITELY be taking a d3 with that... Also, you should maybe calm down with the megadoses of vitamin a? Are you... (more)
