Since I'm not a coffee drinker, and don't know much about coffee, I figured I'd ask if it's safe, as nutritious, and ok to toss in 10 whole coffee beans into my vitamix smoothie? I am curious if whole coffee beans are like garlic in that it needs... (more)

It seems that every can of coconut milk I pick up either has bpa liners, or contains preservatives. Since I have a vitamix (super blender), I'm thinking it might be fun to buy one of those white (already shaved) coconuts at whole foods, and take... (more)

Does anyone have a good Paleo recipe for their Vitamix? I just made Cauliflower Mash last night in my Vitamix and I'm looking for some new ideas for meals/soups to break my machine in. Thanks

Just saw the other thread on juicing veggies, and it really got me thinking about busting out the ol' Vitamix that I spent $400 on at the Del Mar fair. I don't want to 'juice' veggies as the other post describes. I want to put the whole thing in... (more)
