I know as I get healthier, my sleep gets a lot better. Very vivid dreams can sometimes be associated with REM sleep, which is a good thing. ZMA also gave me very vivid dreams, ZMA plus valerian root gave me weird, lucid, Scorcese having a baby... (more)
