because you were sick and it takes 4-6 days after symptoms resolve themselves before you start feeling normal again.

No one should be giving medical advice over the internets. But I ewould suggest finding a new ER to visit. They should at least give you a diagnosis and an imaging of that whatever was sticking out.

Here's my guess: Vomiting or near vomiting for any reason is stressful, the burst of energy was an adrenalin rush/endorphin high.
