Its quite impossible for me to wake up before sunrise in winter.Btw I need to go to college pretty early,so usually I skip the first lectures.How to wake up easier in winter. P.S.caffeinated stuff aggravates my acne.
You do need more sleep in the winter, and the further north you live, the more you need. (I live in Canada, so I know what it's like to go to work in the dark... And come home in the dark. If I want to see the sun I have to go out at lunch!) None... (more)
