BPA-free alternatives aren't better than BPA really. They're just less tested. BPA itself is not that bad, there's not a whole lot of good evidence against it.

Maybe you need more salt, potassium, and other stuff you lose through sweat. Maybe your body is conserving these things and will sweat more if you have more water and electrolytes... Ever track your nutrients?

I've found that I'm making 3 or 4 trips to the toilet at night, despite not or barely topping up on water at night. I know water loss is common on any low carb diet, but how long does it go on for? Any other related factors I could consider? (more)

@Asclepius by low carb I meant low in grains and sugar...I'll have to watch my terms on here as I tend to throw the word carb around as a catch all term! Blood pressure wise, mine has always been low. (more)

Reverse Osmosis gives you nearly pure H20, however you've stripped most of the minerals as well as the bad stuff. You do however get much of your minerals in food so no big deal for me. As to what brand, it kind of depends on the volume of water... (more)
