In the past, I have had no issue with exercising and feeling great for the whole day afterwards. I ended up taking almost 4 months off of 'strenuous' exercise (trying to cut out the chronic cardio) after I had a pretty scary hypo like attack and... (more)

HI all, Over the past year I've noticed my legs becoming increasingly weak when, say, walking up stairs or up a hill, to the point that I feel a bit puffed and tired when I get to the top. I'm not unfit and my leg muscles are strong, I can do... (more)

How are you with minerals? Could you try supplementing magnesium, potassium, selenium, and the like?

You'll want something to replete electrolytes and hydration - so coconut water would be good, seasalt with water would be good. Drink these slowly, so as not to trigger another bout. Following up with some probiotics and prebiotics might not... (more)

Hey all, Only been one week into Paleo. Haven't noticed any significant changes except I tend to get redness on my face at times. My main question is, do most people see changes in skin while on Paleo? I've been itching a lot more than usual,... (more)

Don't have much feedback about your skin, but olive oil is not your best bet for cooking - it's best unheated or at low heats. For cooking, use coconut oil, animal fats (tallow, lard, duck fat, etc) and ghee (clarified butter - you can clarify... (more)
