Hey everyone. I am trying to put on some weight. Which sounds easy, but I cannot stomach carbs, nuts/seeds, most fruits, and certain nightshades. I do pretty intense workouts 6-7 days a week for boxing. Does anyone have any suggestions to do this.... (more)

Fat loss is not all, you may regret avoiding all fruits when you get older. Berries, for example, and probably especially strawberries and blueberries are good for at least some of memory/cognition/learning...

Based on your physical description of yourself you shouldn't be worried about the potential minor weight shift of eating a bit of yogurt. Some people gain or lose eating dairy - relax.
