I have the same issue: my mother freaks out when I come home because I'm "too thin" and "look like a skeleton" - and at one point I really was skeletally thin and unhealthy, but since then I've put on 10lbs of muscle and I feel very strong and... (more)

We've all heard and seen stories of people being fat and becoming leaner on Paleo diet. What about the reverse? Is there anyone out there who's gone from "skinny thin" to "lean thin" purely by eating paleo? I'd really love to see if so.... (more)
