Ignore the weight, what does the tape measure say? Scales are unreliable indicators of fat loss, and it's probably just the case that you've increased your lean muscle mass, cancelling out the weight loss of any fat you've burned.

Ketostix are a pretty unreliable measure of ketosis (I know, I measure blood ketones every day). If you're eating much less than a 100g of carbs a day (and you aren't eating massive amounts of protein), you're almost guarenteed to be in some level... (more)

Eating SAD, I'd prefer a cake w icecream over a juice steak and asparagus any day. Now, of course, the cake and icecream is cut out, and I do pretty well w my meat and veggies, but sometimes., almost daily, I get the sweet-tweek-tick. I have cut... (more)
