I think that you need to up your protein and fat intake and reduce your carbs a bit..that is quite a bit of sugar. Ditch the Insure powder and favor of some real food, greek yogurt if you eat dairy..check out some paleo websites..there are tonnes... (more)

I know people hate my answer to all of these questions - you should back off of/quit Crossfit if you want to gain mass and increase your lifts. Plain and simple.

This looks like the classic overtraining problem. You're working out 5 days a week on only 1900 cals a day. That's enough to tell your body to store all the energy it can because you're going way too hard. 1900 cals with 20g carbs is great, but... (more)

You might want to step away from the scale and pick up the measuring tape. Keep a weekly log of your waist/hip/thigh/bicep/wrist/etc. measurements. It may also be hopeful to keep a picture log. At the end of the day weight is weight but it doesn't... (more)
