Hey! I was lifting weights for awhile and saw no change, then I started lifting heavy weights and really pushing myself. Doing max weights. It really helped transform my body comp. Hope this helps a little, Hannah

I'm all for avoiding PUFA's, but I have yet to see evidence that they slow the metabolism down in humans. Perhaps they do in very specific contexts (explaining your experience) but not for the average person.

Steffi~ You don't need to worry about ketosis. Working out so much can increase your cortisol and slow (or stop) fat loss. You do need a calorie deficit to lose body fat & you are taking in a LOT of fat calories in that coconut... (more)

Sounds like a cortisol (stress hormone) issue from calorie restriction. Try experimenting with herbs like Gelatininzed Maca, Ashwaganda, Reishi, Mucuna Puriens for hormonal balance.
