First of all, I believe you are confused. Paleo and Whole30 are separate, they are not universally interchangeable terms. While paleo has a lot of gray areas, Whole30 is outline rather specifically. You are not on a Whole30 diet at all. If you... (more)

I want to second the recommendation for adding more salt. I had the same thing with dizziness on paleo, especially when I was super low-carbing. I have always liked salt, but had bought into the prevailing wisdom. They were wrong. Salt did the trick. (more)

Try some Magnesium Citrate before bed. 400-600 mg should do it. Will help with sleep & constipation. Cutting out all cheats has likely cut out any Magnesium sources (grains, for example.) This is a common problem for low carb folk. (more)
